individual therapy

Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and feel truly seen. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after some time away, my approach creates space for your unique experiences and needs.

I offer individual therapy in person at my office in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and online for residents of Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick through secure video conferencing. Together, we can work at a pace that feels right for you — creating room for both insight and deeper emotions, knowing that both are part of meaningful change.

What Individual Therapy Offers

Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and feel truly seen. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, or navigating a life transition, sessions provide a supportive and confidential environment to explore what matters most. Some days may bring insight and clarity, other days may stir deeper emotions — both are welcome. This work is about reconnecting with your resilience and building meaningful change.
